Earth Foundation T-shirt Fundraiser
the problem:
We are trying to save acres of the rainforest from deforestation so as to preserve the natural habitat of many different species as well as to save many hundreds of trees.

40why it's important:
We as humans share the Earth with many other species, and it is our responsibility to help these creatures, instead of hurting them by taking away their homes. In the same sense, we have to protect and preserve our own home - Mother Earth- by decreasing the number of trees we chop down to prevent the negative effects of global warming on Earth from getting any worse.
the plan of action:
We plan on selling these T-shirts at school during the lunch periods on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from November 2-20. Our goal is to sell 200 T-shirts, which saves 20 acres of the rainforest.

how much and are you able to send them
The T-shirts are sold through a catalog by Earth Foundation. You order the catalogs from the Earth Foundation website (http://www.earthfound.com/). Shirts cost about $15 each.
