Health problems are becoming a problem on today's society. I have noticed that students whom are over weight have health problems. What can we do to help those students like me well, I think we need to eat healthier. First we should check out what we eat, and exercise daily. Run, walk, work out, and eat less fast foods. Eating healthy has been my new goal since I turn seventeen, because my family has alot of health problems. I know that since I am over weight I have a high risk of getting any medical, mental, or health problem. Before I start eating like crazy now I check out what I eat. I think students should eat less chips, cookies, and bread because that makes you gain weight. By eating healthy we live a better healthy life.
