The Problem

In 2009, when I went to Haiti on vacation I started a project where I have a passion of helping children to go to school. Ever since then, I created an organization called Love and Gratitude where I do fundraising on my own to pay for school, uniforms, books, school supply, and bagback for those children. I am now helping ten kids from the age of 4-15 to go to school. For the past two summer, I have established an English course where I taught them basic English. I also do social activity with them such as talent show, and go out with them to have fun. Ever since those kids have been going to school, they show a passion of learning and want to learn more each day.

Plan of Action

I created this organization on behalf of the hungry children in Haiti, and those who have never gone to school before. Before I created the organization, those kids were not able to go to school and now they are going to school. My plan is to pay for the kids' education every year, buy new uniforms for them every year, buy new books, and school supply. I also want to keep doing the talent show and other activities such as taking them to movies, fild trips. In the furture, I want to build a school and a hospital for them because they are living in poverty and their parents can't afford to send them to hospital. I want to start a food drive, clothes drive, and medical drive.
