Engage Garden

the problem:

There is a plot of land that the public library has donated. We are using it to create a garden so that we can teach others how to garden. All the produce is going to be used donatated to the food shelters and churches around the area.

vital stats:

people impacted:

50

people involved:

30

why it's important:

The community we live in is a prospering rural community. We wanted to give back and show that all ages know how to farm and raise crops.

the plan of action:

First we are going to ask the local food market and ask for a donation of a few citrus plants, as it is winter.

Then we will have a Garden day where volunteers, and club members shall fix the garden and decorate it.

how you can get involved:

We just need a few ideas for winter thriving plants, and maybe some donated plants.
