The Problem

There is a problem in the projects of America with gangs, violence, drug use, abuse, etc. Youth in the high schools have to deal with these struggles everyday. They get caught up in the cycle of poverty whether it be gangs, drugs, prostitution, etc. The organization that I work for is in a mission to help break this cycle of poverty. We have multiple programs teaching leadership, graphic design, video design, and web production. Our goal is not to have a program that gives kids an alternative away from home for a couple of hours, but we are focused on equipping the youth in these high schools to break out of poverty and be leaders in their communities and the world.

Plan of Action

We are planning on expanding this program from Atlanta to other major cities across the United States. This summer we are expanding to the major cities in New York to share love and hope to the people there.
