The Problem

Because of the recent budget cuts, many schools have been greatly affected, such as cutting back more extra-curricular activities, letting go more teachers, and sports that are no longer funded by the school. Because we are losing more of these essentials, ours and the younger generations are facing a more critical path. We are trying to make a positive impact by putting together a charitable concert for our community that will hopefully raise enough funds to benefit many students and to restore back an enjoyable facility. Not only are we trying to make a big difference, but to also let everyone know that anything is possible.

Plan of Action

We hope to obtain enough funds to put together a great opportunity for our community to raise money for our schools. As we work together as a team to fill out sponsorship forms, we are also trying to book various performers who are willing to donate their time to help us out with this event. Along with this, we have to call different facilities and corporations to approximate the cost of certain expenses. In the end, we hope to entertain as well as benefit the community around us through this charitable event.
