The Problem

Community homeless shelters are in dire need of a fresh paint job. With so many people coming in, there just aren't enough staff their to keep the facilities clean and orderly. My job is to clean up the shelters and make them feel more home like and less like a prison.

Plan of Action

We first went in and checked out the space that we were remaking. Finding volunteers to fix the facilities was a challange but once done we were able to start working. Teens from around the world have brilliant creative ideas, thus coming up with designs was not an issue. We spilt up into teams and divided and conquered. The final product was new home for its former residents and a place where people could be proud to say they stayed there.
