Facial Surgical Reconstructive Team in Zimbabwe, Africa

The team is committed to helping as many kids that need facial reconstructive surgery. These are the kids that may not even make it to the orphanages - having a facial defect in a country where life is already harsh, is difficult enough and then having this to cope with, is even more difficult. We help with speech and nutrition and we assure these families that their child is as beautiful as any other child. They will no longer have the stigma that keeps them from being invisible.
