The Problem

FIDO is trying to end continuous chaining as a method of containment in Indianapolis. Not only is continuous chaining inhumane, it is also illegal in Indianapolis.

Plan of Action

FIDO has been providing fencing assistance since 2005. I hope to encourage more people to get involved with fencing projects. I have made before and after slide shows illustrating the work FIDO does. I also take pictures of the chained dogs to educate people that this really is a problem. So far I have encouraged three people to volunteer with FIDO and have educated many more.
