The Problem

There are so many non-emergency roles in Fire Departments that need to be fulfilled. By having Fire Corps take care of those, it allows those who are trained in emergency roles to attend to those.

Plan of Action

We have monthly meetings where we delegate tasks. For a year I was the secretary; I published monthly newsletters,Filed invoices, provided food rehab to firefighters out on long fires, helped organize and put on celebrations, fundraisers (for the department, for the fire corps, and for charity), public awarenes events, and many other things.
