the problem:

My church went on a mission trip to Atlanta to stop violence in certain areas and save souls. We went boldly into the streets of Atlanta and prayed for people. We knocked on doors, entered project areas, and encouraged the citizens to begin again with christ, and help stop the violence.

why it's important:

This event was important to me because I love encouraging others onto the right path. Many people just need someone to step up and shine thier light. For we know in todays world, one simple simle, hello, or even hug can change save a person's life. Just showning ypu care about others around you, and being the example they need to see can benifit in the long run.

the plan of action:

When asked to go on this mission trip, I agreed humbly and quickly. I began to volunteer to take pictures, and talk to my church members about how we should go about doing this. I have ade an impact on the state of Alanta by spreading the love of Jesus from Michigan to Atlanta.

how you can get involved:

Others can start small and witness in thier local city, town or state. They can then form an interest group who can support them and go beyond by going on mission trips.
