The Problem

We believe that students should serve and give back to their communities. Students today are so overwhelmed with themselves and their schedules they have little time to give back much less the desire to do so. flood provides students the resources and relationships to engage them in serving the community.

Plan of Action

flood has 5 different saturation methods that we use in order to engage students in the community: ARK monthly projects, School chapters, BRING ON THE RAIN special events, GET WET summer service, and youth organization collaborations. We have a student leadership board that serves as representatives for different schools/communiites, project leaders over our service projects, and student leaders over our chapters. These leadership opportunties provide students avenues to engage other students in serving while growing as leaders themselves.
