I am starting a non-profit organization called FRESH. The idea is to Foster, Replenish, Educate, and Supply, Hygiene products to at-risk families. I am trying to help these low income families with their dental problems and other hygiene needs that have been neglected due to poverty. I have been working with an already existing non-profit organization called Home-SAFE, which offers family child care, counseling, parent education, mental health services, and family support services to approximately 200 families. Home-SAFE’s services are designed to support and strengthen the family unit, prevent child abuse and neglect, help parents effectively care for and support their children, and to facilitate the optimal health and development of children so that they may reach their maximum potential and become productive, healthy and happy adults. Home-SAFE is a service center of Vista Del Mar.
