The Problem

Through the project "Friends Through the Arts" the Falcon Chapter of the Love, Hallie Organization visits local foster homes and orphanages and teaches the beauty of the fine arts. We teach dance, music, drama, musical theater, arts and crafts, and many other expressive arts. We try to show everyone that they are all artists and that expressing yourself through the arts is a great way to use your time.

Plan of Action

We began by establishing our chapter through the Love, Hallie Organization and made multiple phone calls to Foster Home Organizations and local shelters. During the summer, we went to the Florida Baptist Children's Home every friday for 4 hours to teach about the Arts. One of the girls said to us " I'm moving to another school this year but i'm going to take the bus to here every friday just so i can have fun with you guys!".
