The Problem

Playing little league baseball not only helps learn the game of baseball, but I think it helps establish a great sense of teamwork and friendship between not only the kids playing the game, but also the adults to give their time to voluntarily help to make the season as fun as it can be.

Plan of Action

I plan to continue to coach little league baseball following my little brother as he moves up each year and learns new things. While doing that, I want to involve each of the kids playing and the other volunteer coaches so that we create a bond of great people teaching each other new things.
