Garbage Recycling Plant

I want to create a processing plant that turns everyone's garbage into reusable items or as a new safe energy source to fuel our homes and economy. What we cannot melt, chop, and reuse we can find a way to burn to make energy to chop and heat to melt the other things. Also find a way to filter the gases released from buring the garbage so it does not further effect the environment negatively. We already have the ability to get the trash to these processing facilities the trash truck companies can still do their jobs but, instead of having trash trucks take the trash to land fills they take it to these processing plants for it to get sorted and used accordingly. Eventually the trash will make enough energy to not only fuel the plants work but can create energy to fuel electricity for electric companies. This will lower cost of electricity also enabling those who cannot afford electricity to have free electricity.
