The Problem

We hope to teach young people the value of serving others, while having fun at the same time. These young people will learn to become the next generations future leaders in service.

Plan of Action

Organization: Generation S is organized into small teams of 5-6 people. Each team consists of two college age adult(s) and four youth, ages 12-15, of the same gender. These college age adults are the Team Leaders. Generation S will continue to spread the joy of doing service to many more young people. It is the hope that those who once participated in Generation S as a youth, will want to become a Team Leader and start a team of his or her own at the appropriate age. In this manner, Generation S can continue from generation to generation, teaching young people the great joy of serving others.
