GETTIN'DOWN central wisconsin

My plan is to create new parent packets to be distributed at local hospitals and birth to 3 centers in central wisconsin, containing books, materials and up to date information, presented in a positive manner, to inform and empower new parents of children born with down syndrome. There is currently a lack of information, and sometimes nothing, given to these parents, leaving them feeling lost, helpless, and alone. I would also like to create a lending library for parents, filled with up-to-date materials, books, and dvds about down syndrome and other health issues related to down syndrome. I will coordinate with local hospitals to make this dream a reality.
