Give a Greeting
the problem:
I want to provide homemade greeting cards for residents in nursing homes because they don't recieve much mail. I want to try and brighten their day with a thoughtful card.

I want to give back to the community. Our senior citizens are a big part of why our world is the way it is. They deserve a friend. It makes me happy knowing I can cheer someone up without spending money or making a donation. I am able to use my artistic hobbies and creative mind to help the ederly which is an honor in its self.
the plan of action:
I plan to get the rest of my community involved in making cards as well as making them myself. I want to personally deliver them to nursing home residents at every holiday, as long as other everyday cards.
how you can get involved:
They can make a homemade card and give it to me. It will be delivered to a local nursing home resident.

I think the cards are a great idea! I've volunteered at a nursing home before and it really does brighten their day when they see someone cares about them. I love the way you're making getting involved fun and easy. Good luck with your project, i think its really cool!
