The Problem

The community seems to forget about the elderly and only focus on the youth, I am trying to bring awareness to the elderly, and educate that they are not forgotten. There is individuals that do love them and just simply want to talk to them.

Plan of Action

This program started extremly small, and it was hard to find volunteers. I used my positive attitude to convince fellow classmates and friends to come, to at least check it out! They had no idea how much fun and rewarding it was until they gave it a shot! The club continues to grow and an increasing number of individuals are becoming more and more passionate for the elderly! I have connected the youth with the elderly and it has made an impact in both of the generations lifes.
