The Problem

There is lack of understanding between cultures around the world and often times teens voices are not heard on issues. Teen voices need to be heard; a culture of participation needs to be created in which there is teen involvemnt. This is essential to solve local and global issues and to find common ground for understanding people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Plan of Action

We will be having various programs throughout the summer for teens such as: Peacebuildng Programs with Iraqi Youth and a 3 Week Cross Cultural Immersion program with teens from around the global. We will also engage our alumni and actively be communicating about the various means for positive change and the teen role in those changes.
