Golden Key students from the University of Windsor and University of Cape Town have designed a sustainable education program for high school children within Cape Town, South Africa. The project focuses on three pillars: Micro-enterprise formation, Health Care/HIV and Life Skills. We are designing education modules that will be exchanged with the students who live in poverty. Canadian visits occur annually and a large mentorship program occurs during the visit. The program is designed to empower these students to aim high, work hard and realize their potential for a future far different then they could have imagined.
