the problem:
I am working to educate others about fire safety in an interactive way to prevent the community from becoming a part of the statistic.

5why it's important:
I feel that fire safety is important as a volunteer firefighter and after my cousin was killed in a house fire after hiding it has personally affected how I personally look at the fire service.
the plan of action:
Teach fire safety to elementary students and the elderly during fire prevention week.
