The Problem

Creating an inventory of products to sell in the United States. Currently the weaving cooperative is only able to sell minimal products to unreliable markets in Guatemala. If they were able to have an inventory of products, we would be able to sell them at higher price is a better market in the U.S. The cooperative was founded so the women could make money to send their children to school. An inventory would allow the cooperative to make big strides int he right direction.

Plan of Action

By creating an inventory, my co-worker and I would be able to fully launch the cooperative's website. We would then be able to steadily raise our client base to be able to reach sales at a more constant rate. This constant rate of sales would dramatically increase the standard of living for these women.
