The problem i am trying to solve is, trying to reduce the earths temperature. (Global Warming)

This is not just important to me. But to everyone, because we share a planet that we all live on. And we should treat this planet with the respect it deserves.
the plan of action:
My plan of action is to Test my theroy of painting the roads white to reflect back to the sun, thus creating a cooler world.
