The Problem

Homeless Animals

Plan of Action

Talk to shelters, Volunteer, clean up parks and public places------------------------------------------------ I just contacted five animal shelters. This being our second day of being an actual club this is a huge leap but if we can get some of them to respond we may have an opportunity to prove we really mean what we say. What does them replying mean? It means either they are nt interesting in supporting us in return for us helping them out OR it means we may have a job helping make sure dogs and cats are given good homes. So how about it people?

Project Updates

Ok people so St Francis animal Rescue has accepted me. I am now a dedicated volunteer. Last adoption day was a huge success. 6 cats found homes. Come on people! Also Becky is trying to find places to cvolunteer. Way to go Becky!

I went to the adoption day last Saturday and I helped two kittens and a dog find a home. It was really fun but exhausting nevertheless

No I can finally start volunteering. If all goes well next Saturday I might be able to go volunteering at an adoption day.
Also check the calender. I will be putting down adoption day events for St. Francis Animal Rescue now

delay on volunteering-for me at least anyway. My mom said I can volunteer as long as i brush my teeth everyday and take a shower twice a week and yadayada and i need to do this for who knows how long before she'll let me volunteer.

Hi everyone! So far i have gotten one reply back from a shelter I thought you should be able to read it so you know what we might be able to do
"Thank you. I am forwarding your eamil to one of our volunteer co-ordinators. She will contact you. We can always use dog handlers, thought if you are under 16 we require a parent or guardian to attend with you. We want you to be safe. We also have a few fundraising events coming up.
