Highway 6 cleanup!

the problem:
There is too much litter and trash around our main highway, and I would like to clean it up!

I hate seeing the place where I live dirty and it just looks terrible. We should be keeping the environment clean, since we live here!
the plan of action:
To form a group of people to go out on the highway, of course Oked by the city, and go out and pick up trash and litter on the highway.
