Holiday Baskets 2010 fundraiser

1. My plan of action was first submitting the idea to my school and having it approved. 2. After it was approved, I had to organize having a paper bag with a flier on it to be attached to be in every single class at my school. 3.After making the bags, I assigned several people including myself to drop off the bags to the classrooms. While I dropped them off, I asked the teachers to tell their students about the fundraiser so they could become more aware of the situation. 4. To make people more aware of the fundraiser at school, I created an announcement and sent it to be approved my the schoold. The announcement was announced during the morning announcement. I also put fliers throghout my school's campus so more people could get aware. 5. After two weeks and a half, some friends and I went around the school and picked up all the items. Then, we went to the Del Mar Fairgrounds and dropped off the items because that it where the event is taking place. 6. My club was able to colled 5 shopping carts filled with items!
