The Problem

Helping Our Mentees Improve Educational Standards Our program is a mentor program simialr to a big brother/sister program geared towards incoming Freshmen in high school. We intend to help the students have a smoother transition to school, as well asimproved life.

Plan of Action

We pair freshmen with upperclassmen who have been interviewed and approved to be a mentor. Monthly meetings and outings encourage teambuilding, service projects, and community service.
