The Problem

Coming from a rural school I have realized that they do not always provide the same advanced educational oppurtunities as some larger schools. This is not fair to the kids in these schools who then have to enter a very competitive world.

Plan of Action

To establish a group of people to brainstorm ideas on low budget honors programs and how to better promote them. I will the use any grant money to begin putting my plans in action by providing some funding and by creating educational propaganda.
