Hunting Hills High School Solar Panel Project

We have been fundraising by doing things such as bottle drives and bake sales. We have also been working hard to inform the student body on how important it is to be environmentally aware. We will be having a lights out day this April to help the environment by decreasing energy consumption. We also have an anti-idling campaign to make sure parents are not keeping their cars running while waiting for their children. Amongst other projects we have also had a walk or carpool to school day and have increased recycling within our school. Our long term goal is definitely to get solar panels on our roof but we feel it is important to also maintain these short term goals.
