4why it's important:
I was placed in Good Shepherd Center for exactly 365 days. I am diagnoised with PTSD and Bipolar disorder. I was sexuall assaulted from a young age that caused me to have emotional issues. During my sophmore year in high school I snapped. I started to cut myself... I was placed into a RTC to receive medical treatment. After 365 days I emerged a new person. Since my release date in Feb. 2008 I have become the voice of all the girls who feel lost and neglected. Who feel noone can hear there cries for help. I am currently Miss Teen Baltimore Co. International. Where I am a living Platform. Good Shepherd provides Mental treatment, therapy, and schooling. I speak to others about the importance of these centers in bettering todays trouble youths.
the plan of action:
To talk talk talk!
The grass is greener on the other side if you want it to be!
People need to know it takes love and willingness to help create change.
The girls in treatment need to know they can change and impact there community.
I will not rest till I have spread the word of change.
