We are currently trying to schedule a Teen CERT Summer Camp for around 30 youth ages 13-18. If we can get enough donations to hold this Summer Camp youth will learn important skills such as First Aid, Light Search & Rescue, and Light Fire Suppression. We are currently seeking donations.

Everyone should know what to do and how to help in disaster situations. This group will not only help me to know how to be prepareded, but will also teach me how to help others
the plan of action:
Work with Citizen Corps and the County Emergency Manager to develop a program for youth volunteers that are interested in Disaster Preparedness. These volunteers will then be able to give back to their community through volunteer activites.
