The Problem

In America there are many illiterate adults.We also have many people from other countries who try to learn English, but they don't know their own language as well. The goal of the program "Its never too late" is to provide tutoring classes for illiterate hispanic adults in the community. Classes include literacy, math, and history. This is a great opportunity for students in high school to obtain community service, know about other peoples lives, and learn teaching skills as a job shadowing experience.

Plan of Action

We give classes every Saturday to adults. We focus mainly on literacy. We teach in diferent methods to have people focus on learning the alphabet, math, history, etc. Giving them motivation and classes will help them succeed in other things.
