The Problem

The DOSOMETHING organization is doing a national jean drive so we decided to take part, we will add more details after our next meeing (january 15th) at which we will work out details and put a jean drive into place. People I have talked to so far are real excited about cleaing out their closets!

Why It's Important

We are putting boxes outside our cafeteria and encouraging students to drop off their used jeans by handing out fliers and making posters to advertise.

The Plan Of Action

We put our jean drive into action, and encouraged students to bring jeans by telling EVERYONE, and walking around the school in the mornings with a big poster cut-out of a pair of jeans. We ended up collecting over 60 pairs!
