The Problem

AAU basketball is extremely competitive. When kids get cut from an AAU basketball tryout, they often times have nowhere else to play in the spring.

Plan of Action

1) Gather players - I had to gather players to have enough people in each age group 2) Register for leagues, tournaments, and games - I had to register the organization to be able to play games 3) Uniforms - I had to collect money from each player to order our uniforms 4) Fundraise - Tournaments and games are very costly. We fundraised every other weekend to help pay our expenses 5) Play games and have fun! - While we only won 3 out of 22 games last year, everyone had a blast!
