The Problem

continue to help raise money for children with special hearts on behalf of my baby brother kaeden & to help local children that are scared from domestic violence & vehicle accidents be comforted by a new stuffed buddy.

Plan of Action

i have been collecting primarily teddy bears & other cuddly friends from neighbors ,family members, school mates i even get them from people that throw them away after garage sales and wash them up and bow them up so they look and smell perfectly new :)i plan on taking them after school on sept 11th to our local police station so the officers can fill their trunks of their squad cars and give them to the scared children that they come upon during calls and accidents.and on september 12th we have planned a fundraiser for our upcoming heart walk for the american heart assoc. we will be selling our lemonade, hotdogs and hamburgers and baked goods for a generous donation..............

Project Updates

we collect stuffed animals throughout the year and donate them to ourlocal police station every 3 months.the officers come upon scared children when they come upon vehicle accidents and domestic abuse calls.the officers trunks of their squad cars get pretty dirty so we bag each of the cuddly friends so they are fresh and new when they are presented to the children. the officers told me 7 years ago when i first started collecting them how much a lil cuddly teddy bear or animal does for the child to hold them and feel good. so thats why i still collect them with my awesome friends.
