The Problem

Thousands of people purchase drinks in plastic bottles and cans at each Phillies game. We are trying to recycle and keep those bottles and cans out of landfills.

Plan of Action

We submitted an application to the Phillies "Red Goes Green" organization and were selected to collect and recycle bottles and cans at a Phillies game. We rented a bus to take 55 members and volunteers to the game and help with our recycling efforts. By renting a bus, we are lowering vehicle emissions by carpooling rather than driving several cars to the game.
