The Problem

The problem is that people know what sexual assault is, they know the concept. However, they are not aware of what's really going on in our society. They have no idea that it's affecting our community. I want to start in my high school because I know a lot of students in my high school have been sexually assaulted or rape. This has to stop, and people need to start caring about this problem and do something about it.

Plan of Action

I want my school to participate in a presentation about sexual assault. I need to rent the gym if I want the presentation to happen, and I need money. I've been talking to the club member to see if they have some ideas to raise money. They came out with some good ideas and right now we're going to start working on it. After this event I want to make another one, but in my high school, but somewhere else. I don't know where yet, but I'll find a place. I would need find ways to advertise it, and many other things. I'd need to raise money for that as well. I want to make an impact in my community. I want them to aware of what's happening and inspire them to do something about it, and be part of the cause.
