La Voz Latina Diva Stars Educational and Volunteer Group

To start I needed to reach out to high schools in the area that would alow me to promote my group or workshops. After doing so I set up weekly meetings that would each consist of a different topic each week. Also, there would be speakers that would talk about the different topics. When there was enough bonding in the group we started to go volunteer anywhere that we could find a place. We washed dogs for PAWS, cleaned schools to get remodeled, helped with kid programs, painted houses for the needy, along with many other projects. This helped the girls to bond more and also teach them to take a role lead in the "job" that they were doing.
