One of the most important thing for a person is cardio. For most people, they enjoy doing cardio but for others they think cardio is torture. But my tip is to enjoy cardio people must think positive, for example cardio will relieve stress, burn down calories, builds up muscles, and much more. Also some people think cardio is just running, but there are other activities than running such as swimming, rock climbing, handball, and etc. It states if people will take 15-20 minutes of their time each day to do some cardio, there will be less obiesity in the U.S.
