The Problem

FOOD INTAKE:  Put small portions of food on a plate that is the size of a saucer  When cooking for your family or your try cooking with virgin olive oil instead of Crisco or margarine.  Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash  Shouldn’t eat after seven p.m.  If you’re real hungry after seven, eat some fruit like grapes, apples, mandarin oranges, etc, and/or vegetables like celery, carrots, broccoli, etc.  Drink eight glasses of water a day  To help a sweet tooth: Fat free yogurt, apple sauce, make a fruit smoothie FITNESS:  20 Sit-ups a day(gradually increase by ten every two to three weeks)  10 Push-ups a day (gradually increase by 5 every two weeks)  Jump Rope a day (jump 200 a day)  Walk, Jog, or Run (2 laps around the park with a partner/friend/relative)  Sign up for a dance class  Invest in a stationary bike  Go skating with your children and/or friends
