The Problem

The Food Justice House (FJH) works toward promoting food justice and sustainable living in Los Angeles. By practicing sustainability in our purchases and home life the FJH hopes to serve as a model to other houses in the Los Angeles area.

Plan of Action

At home, the FJH is working on expanding its compost, garden, and cooking practices. Outside the home, the members of the house practice activism in the city of Los Angeles and uses its purchasing power to support sustainable agriculture.
