The Problem

The kids of New Hope live in a Slum called Kibera, its 1 million people in one square mile radius.We want to fix these kids learning enviroment and community. There are about 60-70 kids in a fourth of the size of a regular u.s classroom.They cant afford high-school, so Manna World Wide provides a scholorship program for them.They dont have good clothes or shoes. The girls dont have pads or tampons. They dont have the basics in life.

Plan of Action

In summer of 2010 we went to Kibera and we bought school and medical supplies along with balls and things to play with so they could go to a open field somewhere and get exercise since they're not able to in their cramped slum.Since we have returned to America we are continuing to raise awareness by trying to get other involved.
