The Problem

There are 30,000 children who die every day of starvation, lack of water, and preventable diseases throughout the world. The large majority of these deaths take place in third world countries such as Africa, Ethiopia, and Haiti. In creating our Love:Forgive Ministries, we wish to find a way to love these children by bringing them food.

Plan of Action

Love:Forgive Ministries makes beaded hemp bracelets and patches out of mens dress pants from thrift stores. We sell these products, and choose an organization to donate the money to. Our first donation was $100 to "blood:water mission," which builds wells and provides Aids medication in Africa. Now, we are working towards raising $1,000 for "Feed my Starving Children." The people who buy our products are not only given the opportunity to give money, but they are also informed about the crises taking place in these third world countries. Education is one of the first and most important steps in solving these problems.
