The Problem

I am trying to solve an environmental problem in our neighborhood. Our school is located directly across the street from a major highway. We do not have any trees left,(they were cut down). I would like to plant trees and plants to imrove the air quality around our school and in the neighborhood.

Plan of Action

So far we have planted a few flowers and some vegetables. The children as well as the teachers have volunteered and try very hard to maintain the garden. The children love it!
