The Problem

We're building in inter-city Memphis, Tennessee. Many people in Memphis are below the poverty line and are unable to afford adequate housing.

Plan of Action

We will raise money any way we can (as long as it's legal). We use our schools, community groups, and churches to educate kids in our community. We raised $30,000 in both 2007 and 2008, building a half of a house each year. As of now, we have raised $3,452.18 on our own, received a match-grant of $10,000 from State Farm, and received pledges from 6 schools in our community, every cent will go to our goal of building a house.
