Mission Trip to Louisiana

the problem:

We went down there to help out a family that their house was damaged my hurricane Katrina and hurricane Rita.

vital stats:

people impacted:

1,000

people involved:

20

why it's important:

I believe that nobody should have to go through that kind of damage with no help from others.

the plan of action:

We all wrote letters to members of our church to raise money for us to go. Once we got enough money for everyone to go we wrote thank-you letters. We stayed in Houma, Louisiana and fixed a houses roof, stairs and more importantly their life.

how you can get involved:

Others can help by going to Louisiana and fixing more houses. There are still tons of house there that are still damaged by the hurricanes.
