The Problem

The problem that I am trying to solve is bullying in an elementary school. This is a big issue that I have seen. I have been working with this Elementary school directly for 3 years and we work with a group of kids and teach them about what to do if they see bullying and how to stop it. I think that reaching a younger group of kids is a great opportunity because ultimatly they are the future.

Plan of Action

I planned and organized the event. I have talked and hung out with a lot of younger children, mostly 5th graders. They have said that this day Mix-It-Up-Day is their favorite day of the year and they can never wait for the next one.
