the problem:
Poverty in Grundy County, in Tennessee is a huge problem, and my group and I volunteer a week of our summer every year to go down and help people of the community.

200why it's important:
It is important to be because although the people of Grundy County do not have much, as far as material wise, they have a lot to offer spiritually and emotionally. Once when we were helping a elderly lady clean up her farm, as shown in the picture above, after we were finished for the day she had milked all of her goats to offer us goat milk.
the plan of action:
Our plan of action is to try to give help where we can, and to try to make a difference in someones life.
